I have no excuses, other than the mere idea of dragging my butt from the black hole of my couch to the office and firing up the computer had me totally exhausted. There was definitely some summer laziness happening in our world these past two months. We were busy…very busy. And as a result, any down time I could grab, I did.
But its FALL again and life is returning to a routine. Evan is walking EVERYWHERE and has full blown conversations that only he understands. Nate is one year away from school and I’m dreading next September quite a bit. Nate is also fully potty trained *cue chorus of angels here* and has only had one accident through the night since he left the diapers behind. Go Bubba.
Someday I’m sure he’ll roll his eyes and be totally appalled that I shared that information, but whatever. I’ll worry about that when he can read. :)
This monthly picture taking event is getting to be one heck of a challenge. Anyone with tips on how to get two boys to sit still and look at the camera, get in touch. I’m running out of tricks.
